size guide based on my personal opinion. while it’s stretchy and roomy I believe for example at a size 8 you could wear the medium where it’s tighter and more fitted or wear the large where it’s roomy and comfortable. Cassidy purchased the medium and I styled the size large while post partum size 8 and bigger in my mid section.
