Shipping Policy

Merchandise may be returned for exchange within 7 days of the date you received your items or purchased them. Exchanged items must remain unwashed and unworn with original tags. Shoes, accessories, and hats are a FINAL SALE. Receipt must be present via email or text. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling of the exchanged items. Original shipping fees are non refundable and the customer is responsible for the shipping fees following. Riche Hippie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods when being exchanged. Tracking is strongly encouraged for exchanged items.

Please refer to the exchange policy above to ensure that your exchange meets the requirements. Email www.richehippie.com to let us know you will be exchange items after you have ensured you meet the criteria. Please send your exchange items packaged properly and email for the address.
